Definitely photoshopped, BUT still important to add that the first photo is posed, at a completely different angle, with better lighting, and possibly after doing hair/makeup. Those things make a huge difference too.

TAGGED PICTURES ARE NEVER GREAT
Its a shame this happens with people who the reality is still attractive. I think a lot of them get messed up by how many people remind them that they are attractive that they start to feel they have to obsess over it in order to continue to receive the compliments and start to need that many compliments to feel self-assured.
